A year in review at it'seeze 2023

As we near the end of another bustling year at it'seeze, we're thrilled to announce that it's been a success, and we're immensely proud of our achievements! Take a moment to delve into our review of the year at it'seeze.
January
At the end of 2022, OpenAI introduced the world to ChatGPT. So, in January of 2023, we and many others began playing around with different AI software. Towards the end of the month, we launched our 'You Dream It, We Build It' campaign, which asked our customers to submit their dream business ideas in exchange for a free AI model (generated by Midjourney) to inspire them. Submissions ranged from Children's Play Centres to devices to help save bees.
February
Valentine's Day falls on the 14th of Febuary every year and we celebrated in the office. Each staff member received a personalised note mentioning why they are appreciated and loved at work, along with some flowers and sweets.
One week following Valentine's Day, Love Your Pet Day is observed (on February 20th). It's a delightful opportunity for pet owners to appreciate the happiness and companionship their pets bring. Check out below some of the wonderful pets owned by our it'seeze staff:
March
In March, we celebrated Employee Appreciation Day by giving each staff member some treats!
International Women's Day was also commemorated during March, where we recognised the women that have made a difference within the marketing industry and the amazing women within our own it'seeze community. We also raised awareness for Neurodiversity Celebration Week.
April
In April, we welcomed AJ as our Finance & Accounts Assistant.

May
In May, a gathering took place among our staff in the morning—a delightful occasion where we shared coffee, cake, and engaging conversations. This gathering played a significant role in promoting awareness for Mental Health Week which is from the 15th - 21st of May.
Having a chat over a tasty slice of flapjack and a comforting latte highlighted how important connections and teamwork are for us.
June
In June, we launched our brand intro video across our social channels to illustrate who we are and what we do in under a minute. Spolier Alert - We're all about helping your business grow.
During June, our managers participated in a mental health course designed to boost awareness within the workplace.
This course covered different parts of mental health, managing it at work, helping people, and handling mental health in customer support.
July
In July, we took advantage of the sunny weather and started our day right with a morning well-being walk!
We also proudly introduced our latest offerings, the SEO Manager and SEO Assistant, as part of our brand new SEO Service launch.
August
Following the successful launch of our SEO Service at the end of July, we experienced a surge in our customer base during August. This upward trend showcased the increasing trust and satisfaction of our clients in our new service.

In September, our staff came together in the morning for a delightful moment, where we enjoyed coffee, cake, and engaging conversations. There's not much better than chatting over a slice of delicious chocolate cake and a latte!
Also during September, we decided to switch things up by welcoming two adorable visitors into our office space for the day. Needless to say, their presence was an instant hit among everyone, quickly becoming beloved members of our team!
October
In October, we achieved 1000 reviews on TrustPilot which marked a significant milestone, prompting us to throw a celebratory party!
We got the entire head office together for a gathering filled with a delicious, personalised cake, sparkling prosecco, and lively music, making it an event to remember!
Each October 10th, we pay tribute to World Mental Health Day, aiming to raise awareness about mental health challenges, share available support, and connect with those in need. To celebrate, our whole team came together for a revitalising walk, showcasing our dedication to mental well-being and togetherness.
November
As November arrived, the festive spirit swept in, prompting us to begin decking the halls for Christmas! Also, in November, we launched our Black Friday Referral Frenzy campaign, where our customers and their friends could receive a £50 Amazon voucher in exchange for successful website referrals.

In December, our biggest event of the year arrived: the annual staff Christmas party—a night filled with wonderful moments! It's a happy time when our whole team comes together for an evening of bonding and fun, creating unity and celebration for everyone involved.
