Once your website is ready for the world to see, we just need you to confirm that you're happy to launch it and then it can be set live.

Yes, you can upgrade your website to a different package at any point, even if you are still within your minimum term contract.

We’ll be sorry to see you go. If you are having any problems with your website, please get in touch and we’ll work with you to either make things right or direct you to the next step.

Domains & Hosting

No, your it’seeze website must be hosted on our secure servers. This ensures your website remains safe and accessible, and also means you can access our unique website editor. You won’t pay anything extra for our web hosting services, as these are included in all our website packages.

Yes, reliable web hosting on UK servers is included as standard in all of our website packages.

Yes, we offer up to 5 personalised email addresses and a 1GB mailbox as standard with all our website packages. You’ll also benefit from anti-spam technology if you switch your emails to us.

Your domain name needs to be renewed on a yearly basis so that you can keep your website live on that domain and stop other people from registering it as their own. We’ll take care of all your domain renewals for as long as you have a website with us.

Web hosting is an online service that makes your website accessible for everyone on the internet. All the information that makes up your website – text, images, video, and other content – is stored on the servers of your web hosting provider. When someone visits your website, their computer will connect with this server so that they can view your site - you therefore need reliable web hosting so that people can access your website.

If you don’t yet have a domain name, we can purchase and register one for you at no additional cost. We’ll also renew your domain every year – this is included as standard with your website package.

A domain name is the unique web address that is used to access your website on the internet – e.g. www.itseeze.com

Of course – just let us know the details of your domain name’s registrar and we’ll take care of the transfer process, without there being any downtime.

Design & Development

We offer different website packages to suit all business types and budgets – get in touch to find out more.

Your one of a kind website will be created exclusively for your business, so you have full ownership of your website’s design and any content on it. The majority of our clients choose to stay with us for all their website needs, but if you do decide to leave, you’ll receive a static copy of your website that your new web designer can integrate into their chosen system. Due to our unique in-house content management system, you may not be able to replicate the exact functionality of your website if you move elsewhere.

We're as eager as you are to showcase your brand new website to the world, but sometimes even though your website has been created, we may not be able to set it live just yet. The 3 most common reasons for this are as follows:

You've requested some changes to your website and we're in the process of completing these. As soon as these amendments have been made - typically within 48 hours - we'll inform you and ask if you're happy for us to set your website live.
We're missing some domain details from you. If this is the case, you will have been informed of this - please contact us with the information we require.
We're still waiting for you to give us the green light to set your website live. Check your inbox for an email from us, or get in touch with us to get your website launched.

Support

You’ll work closely with your local it’seeze consultant throughout the web design process – they’ll be your go-to point of contact for everything website related, and will be available to help you via the phone, email, or face to face meetings.

If we don’t have a consultant local to you, a member of our in-house team will work directly with you.

Yes, we provide ongoing support as standard for all our websites, so help is always available if you need it.

Ecommerce

About it’seeze

Never! Every website we design is created from scratch to meet the needs of each client – your business is one of a kind, so your website should be too.

No, all our websites are created by our in-house team here in Devon.

The it’seeze Head Office is based in Torquay, Devon – this is where our main team of designers, developers, and technical support staff are. We also have local website consultants based throughout the UK and Ireland.

We work with all kinds of businesses, from smaller start-ups to larger, well-established companies, and we have designed websites for businesses from every industry

SEO

SEO is short for search engine optimisation. This is the process of improving your website’s ranking in the search results of search engines like Google and Bing so that more customers can find your business.

Yes. We design every website to be search engine friendly, giving you your best chance of appearing in the search results on Google or Bing when people search for your business online.

We will set your website up with Google Analytics when we launch it. This free tool will monitor and report on your website’s performance so you know how many visitors your website is attracting, which pages are the most popular, and much more.

GDPR

Yes, it’seeze is fully GDPR compliant, and we are registered with the ICO as both a data controller and a data processor. You can read our privacy policy to learn more about how we process and store data.

For the data we hold on clients and prospective clients, it’seeze is the data controller. For the data collected and held by our clients through their it’seeze websites, we are a data processor.

Yes, all our websites are designed to be GDPR-compliant when we create them. Measures include a standard privacy policy and cookie policy, a free SSL certificate, an updated cookie notice, and clear contact forms.

As the owner of your website, you are responsible for the personal data collected through it as you are the data controller (the business or organisation that is collecting and using the personal data). This means that it is your responsibility to ensure the data is stored securely and used correctly.

You are also responsible for how any third-party components – such as widgets or iframes - use the data collected through your website – these are the data processors (businesses or organisations that process data on your behalf). Please note that all third-party components available through the it’seeze website editor have already been checked for GDPR compliance.

We can replace the standard privacy policy on your website with your own once you have signed and returned the privacy policy indemnity agreement to us. Please note that your privacy policy must incorporate all of the clauses from the standard privacy policy that cover what the it’seeze website editor does with data, how third-party services process data, and how cookies are used on your site.

However, instead of replacing the standard privacy policy with your own, we would recommend that you incorporate your own clauses into the privacy policy that we have provided. This way, your policy will still update automatically whenever we make changes and will also include all the relevant clauses on how your website processes data.
