Sales Development Representative

it’seeze is the UK’s leading website design and SEO Franchise.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our friendly, tight-knit team based at our new head office in the heart of Exeter.

You will be supporting our growing network of local consultants by prospecting and booking qualified appointments directly into their calendars.

You will play a key role in connecting small and medium businesses with our professional affordable websites, helping both our franchisees and their clients grow.

Key responsibilities include:

Calling leads generated from campaigns, web enquiries and B2B data prospect lists.

Qualifying each lead against our ideal client profile.

Booking fully qualified appointments for our franchise network.

Maintaining accurate lead and appointment records in the CRM system.

Communicating our value proposition with confidence.

Working with the Franchise Development Manager to ensure appointment quality and consistency.

Providing feedback from calls to improve processes

What you will bring:

Proven experience in telesales, appointment setting or business development.

A true hunter mindset with a knack for creative prospecting.

Excellent communication and listening skills with warm and professional approach.

Comfortable handling objections and qualifying prospects calmly and professionally.

A team player who takes pride in quality over quantity of leads, your success will be measured by the quality of appointments, not just the volume.

Full time | hybrid workingAbout this vacancy

This is a full-time role, hybrid 1 day a week in Exeter and the remainder working remotely. OTE 28k (base pay 25k plus commission). Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

You’ll be joining our experienced team in a contemporary working environment, with an open plan office and convenient location.

Salary depending on experience.
