You should be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, supporting staff with empathy and also leads and influences when needed.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Great verbal and written communication skills
Confidence to work independently and to manage stakeholder expectations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Experience in managing others and change
CIPD qualified to level 5 or equivalent experience
Qualified MHFA or willing to undertake a two-day course

Full time | hybrid working About this vacancy
This is a part-time role with a hybrid working schedule, with the working week currently split into 3 days based at our national Head Office in Torquay and 2 days of remote work. Salary from £18,667 p.a. depending on hours.
You’ll be joining our experienced team in a contemporary working environment, with an open plan office and convenient location.
