Junior Graphic/Web Designer 

We are looking for a Junior Graphic/Web Designer to join our creative design team. 
If you have a passion for all things design, a keen interest or experience in using web technologies, and a portfolio of design work already created, you might just be the perfect fit for it'seeze. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their existing design abilities, learn new skills, and work as part of a vibrant and dynamic team. 
 
Day-to-day, you will be using the latest Adobe software and working in an open plan, creative environment alongside like-minded creative designers and developers. Full training will be given on how to use our own bespoke website editing system to produce brilliant responsive websites for clients from all industries throughout the UK and Ireland.

 As an itseeze web designer your responsibilities will be:  

Interpreting the design brief from each client closely, to create unique, user-friendly websites for a truly diverse range of industries. 
Taking part in regular creative meetings and sharing ideas with a view to continual development. 
Collaborating closely with the Studio Manager to ensure you work to the timeframes allocated for each website. 
Completing any amendments required by the client in a timely manner. 
Undertaking any other design work required in-house by the marketing team, e.g. email templates, newsletters, business stationery, etc.

 Experience/Qualities required:  

A relevant design degree/HND qualification 
Creative thinker 
Adobe Creative Suite skills, specifically XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator 
Strong layout skills 
Excellent communicator both in writing and verbal 
Good organisational and time management skills 
The ability to create effective solutions to overcome problems 
The capability to work independently and within a team
