Every month, we bring you our hand-picked examples of web design from the it’seeze creatives. Starting the year very much as we mean to go on, January was a busy and exciting time in the design studio, with plenty of fantastic websites created as a result. Below, we’ve picked our favourite sites for the month, showing you exactly what’s possible when professional web designers take on your project.
Homebird
Independent brokers based in Yorkshire, Homebird are friendly, expert advisers who help both individuals and businesses to discover the best mortgage products and insurance policies for their needs. In need of a website that reflected the high quality of their branding, the company were ready to reach more potential clients on the web with a creatively designed marketing solution.
Using Homebird’s existing branding as inspiration, our skilled team created a visually impactful, thematic website that perfectly captures the supportive nature of the business, highlighting both their message and their professional credentials.
Looking to emphasise their independent status, the mortgage and insurance brokers were wanting something with an unconventional feel to it, preferring a more abstract style of image to run-of-the-mill stock photography to be used throughout the highly visual design.
Featuring custom graphics and a classic colour scheme, the new, fully responsive Homebird website offers an inviting and sophisticated online experience for visitors to enjoy.

Specialising in digital and film camera work, Lens Eleven offer bespoke photography services for private and commercial hire. Based in Salisbury and covering everything from portrait photography and event photography to documentary photography, the media company needed a website that would effectively showcase their impressive portfolio.
Due to the largely visual nature of the content, the it’seeze designers created a collage style layout for each website page which incorporates both text and images, reducing the need for scrolling and drawing attention to the photographic work straight away.
An evenly weighted design with an asymmetrical feel, the unique appearance of the site draws interest and adapts seamlessly to all devices, creating a fantastic experience for users browsing the photography on smartphones and tablets.
Enhanced with an array of special features, Lens Eleven’s website boasts a one of a kind design that truly reflects the professionalism and creativity of their work. As each page loads, the content appears in the manner of a developing photograph, whilst the images themselves feature a subtle zoom effect when hovered over, encouraging visitors to click through to the lightbox gallery for further viewing.
BNI Windsor is a networking group comprised of local companies from the Berkshire region. Helping business owners to discover new professional opportunities by establishing connections with other local brands, the group desired a website that would promote their meetings and encourage new members to join.
Wanting to instantly get across the mood of the meetings, our design team used a fading banner split across three columns to capture the viewer’s attention when landing on the homepage. Showing a continuous stream of professional images supplied by BNI Windsor, the banner immediately conveys the friendly and approachable nature of the networking events hosted by the group, and prompts potential participants to find out more.
The photography is consistent throughout the rest of the site, helping to reinforce the feeling of hospitality and to show the full scope of the group’s activities. Clean and business-like in design, the website incorporates the corporate styling and colours of the BNI Windsor logo to create a uniform appearance that works well alongside the images.
The result is a modern and dynamic site that perfectly suits the needs of the networking group.
