Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive.

(Full Time, Hybrid Working)

POSITION NOW FILLED.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual with proven experience managing social media and search advertising campaigns to join the creative team at it’seeze.

We are a national web design franchise company based in Torquay, Devon, and we’re now looking for a talented digital marketing executive to join our fast-growing team and work across our two brands, managing and developing our online presence. In a nutshell, you’ll be supporting the marketing team to ensure the successful delivery of our digital campaigns and communications – largely through paid advertising on various social platforms and search engines.

About the role

The successful candidate will assist in the marketing of our two brands – the it’seeze franchise and it’seeze websites – across social media to increase brand awareness, cement our credibility, and generate new leads.

For the it’seeze franchise, this will involve marketing our franchise opportunity in order to reach new business partners and promote our franchise model. For it’seeze websites, this will consist of marketing our web design services – offered at a local level by our business partners – to small to medium sized companies across the UK and Ireland.

Main responsibilities:

Managing multiple social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant channels. This will include content generation, daily interaction, management of paid adverts, management of customer enquiries, ongoing analysis and reporting.
Setting up, managing, optimising, and reporting on paid search and display advertising campaigns across various platforms – including Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
Writing high quality blog posts, press releases, case studies, landing pages, and newsletters for our franchise brand.
Designing graphics and editing videos for use across the various social media platforms.
Keeping up to date with the latest digital trends in order to suggest new ideas and develop and implement new strategic marketing plans.
Advising our network of franchisees on the latest social media best practice and providing training where necessary.

About you

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and creative individual with a passion for all things social media and experience running paid campaigns across social, search, and display. You should be someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team; but who is also self-motivated, organised, and able to work to deadlines.
Required skills and experience:
Experience planning and creating content and increasing engagement across a variety of social media channels.
Experience of setting up and managing paid B2B social media campaigns on at least 2 of the following platforms: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Experience creating social media graphics, adapting templates, and following brand guidelines using Canva or similar.
Excellent video editing capabilities.
