Social Media & Marketing Assistant.

Competitive salary DOE

Develop a long-term career in social media marketing

This is an exciting opportunity to join the creative team at it'seeze and develop a long-term career in social media marketing and paid search marketing.
We are a national web design franchise company based in Torquay, Devon, and we’re now looking for a talented marketing assistant to join our fast-growing team and work across our two brands, managing and developing our online presence.

In a nutshell, you’ll be supporting the marketing team to ensure the successful delivery of our digital campaigns and communications - and helping us to maintain client and franchise relationships – via social media, paid advertising, content creation, research, and data analysis.

About the role

The successful candidate will assist in the marketing of our two brands – Spoton.net and it’seeze – across social media to increase brand awareness, cement our credibility, and generate new leads.

For Spoton.net, this will involve marketing our franchise opportunity in order to reach new business partners and promote our franchise model.

For it’seeze, this will consist of marketing our web design services – offered at a local level by our business partners – to small to medium sized companies across the UK and Ireland.

Main responsibilities:
Working with the marketing team to manage multiple social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant channels. This will include content generation, daily interaction, management of paid adverts, management of customer enquiries, ongoing analysis and reporting.
Working with the marketing team to set up, manage, optimise, and report on paid search and display advertising campaigns across various platforms – including Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
Writing high quality blog posts, press releases, case studies, landing pages, and newsletters for our franchise brand.
Maintaining and optimising listings in online franchise directories, and researching new listing opportunities.
Keeping up to date with the latest digital trends in order to suggest new ideas and develop and implement new strategic marketing plans.
Liaising with external suppliers and our business partners in a professional and effective manner at all times.
About you
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and creative individual with a keen understanding of all things social media and marketing.

You should be someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team; but who is also self-motivated, organised, and able to work to deadlines.

Perhaps you’re a qualified marketer looking for a change, maybe you’re a recent graduate, or you could be a professional from another field wanting to start a new career – as long as you have the relevant experience and are keen to develop your skills and knowledge, we’d love to hear from you.
Shaping your future.
Skills and experience:
Experience of setting up and managing paid B2B social media campaigns on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
